What type of photographs are best to send?

You can take great photos with your smart phone. Just remember to set it to HIGH RESOLUTION. Digital camera shots or scans of printed photos are also perfect to send. You do not need to crop or resize your photos before sending, this will be done for you. Please only send high quality images of at least 300 dpi and if sending scanned photographs, please remember to set your scanner settings to a at least 300 dpi. 


Please choose a good quality clear photo. Once the photo has been placed in a card or invitation there is an additional charge for swapping out photos.

Basic photo retouching such as red-eye removal, blemish removal, colour/brightness improvements is included free of charge. For major photo retouching please let us know when you order, as this will incur an additional fee.

Do I need to do anything special to my photos?


Do not alter your photographs or attempt to cut them out.  I will cut them out and enhance them accordingly.  Send good quality, high resolution photos.  If in doubt send me an email.

Can I change the wording?

Yes.  All wording on the website is an example only.  Wording can easily be altered to suit your needs and to personalise your invitations.  Just add your own text or amendments,  to the add text section, in the upload form.

Can I change an adult milestone invitation into a child's birthday invitation at no extra cost?

YES!!! All our invitations are interchangeable and can easily be tweaked to suit your needs at NO extra cost. You can make a 21st invitation an adult milestone invitation or turn a baby shower invitation into a child’s birthday invitation. ALL TEMPLATES can be altered FREE of CHARGE to suit your special occasion. Just add your information or special requirements at check out.

How many invitations do I get for the price?

As many as you like! You will receive a high resolution JPEG or PDF file,which is yours to EMAIL, PRINT AT HOME or take to your local PRINT STORE (Harvey Norman/Big W/Officeworks).

Can you print my invitations for me?

Yes, but for Australian orders only. Please see the Printing Page for specific costing and details. I sell world wide but printing is ONLY available in Australia. If you are ordering from overseas and need some advice on where to print, please contact me.

How long until I will receive my order?

Once your completed order is received  you will be emailed your proof withing 2 working days. After your proof has been approved, we guarantee to dispatch the order within 3 working days.
You are encouraged to keep in constant contact until you are satisfied with the end product.

What is a proof?

A proof is a low resolution digital image of your design. When you complete the online order form we use the information provided by you to create your design. We then email a sample card to you, to ensure there aren’t any typographical errors.

You need to check the proof thoroughly for errors and reply via email with any changes you require. We will send you a revised proof within 1 business day. Your order will not be processed until you give the final approval on the proof.

Can you create an original invitation just for me?


Just select CUSTOM DESIGN. Many of my template designs have evolved from client requests. I LOVE designing new invitations and working with YOUR ideas
